Even though the manufacturing process utilizes cutting edge technology, the ordering process remains just as easy as before. 

1. CHOOSE YOUR SHAPE: Each shape has its own listing on Etsy. The shape for this listing is shown in the first photo and described in the listing title. We have both mounted and hanging versions of each shape. 

2. CHOOSE YOUR SIZE: We have three different sizes for our 3D printed nameplates: 8"x4", 10"x5" and 12"x6". Please make sure you are sure which size you need before ordering. Expecting something bigger or smaller than what you receive won't lead to a great customer experience.

3. PERSONALIZE YOUR ORDER: This area is where you tell us all of the details to make your order exactly like you want it. It is helpful to follow this format:

- Color Combinations: Each nameplate allows for two colors, a base color and a top color for the raised details (outer ridge, text, icon/logo). You can find our available colors in one of the listing photos. Please let us know the BASE COLOR and the TOP COLOR you would like.

- Icon/Logo: You'll find a photo that shows our available icons, but we are happy to use any artwork you provide at no additional charge. If you have a barn logo or find a single color breed silhouette on google we are happy to use it. 

-  Font: We have several fonts to choose from. You can find what we have in one of the listing photos. If you would like different fonts for different lines, just let us know how you would like it.

- Text: You can have as much or as little text as you want. We make your text fit in the available space so the more letters you have in a line the smaller each letter will be. We always center each line and size text for appeal and readability. Let us know how many lines you would like, what to print on each line and if you would like any lines larger than the others.

- Proof: Once your order is submitted we will assign one of our graphic artists to generate a digital sample for you to review. We ask that you watch out for Etsy notifications and respond with your feedback as soon as possible. We only have 3 days to complete the design process before we have to cancel your order.

- Production: At this point we have everything we need to start making your order. If we run into issues along the way we will reach out, but the next communication you should receive is a shipping notice. Of course if you ever have any questions we are always ready to answer them.

Our 3D printed horse stall nameplates are a game changer. They won't scratch, rust, fade or deteriorate in any way. They are made from a form of plastic so while they are durable, they aren't indestructible so its best to keep our horse friends from being able to chew them.
